The question „Who am I?“ is as old as humanity. Usually we don’t take much time to do this kind of Self Inquiry into our own true nature, because we are busy running our lives, avoiding it altogether or for other reasons. Sometimes we end up looking into the mirror, questioning our life, ourselves, not really knowing who or what we are.
In our Awareness Intensive Retreats we create a particular space and provide a setup for everyone to dive deeply into our own truth.
The nature of this intensive approach is not about giving some readymade intellectual answers, but to allow a direct experience of who we truly are - moment by moment - and become a living embodied answer in our daily lives.
No teachings.
No belief systems.
Just you, diving into the truth of your being.
Traditional Zen techniques are combined with modern communication practices in a very unique and powerful way.
No kind of teaching or belief system is offered. Instead space is provided for everyone to inquire, to explore and to go inside.
In the 3 Day Retreats the focus lies on the questions Who am I? and Who is in? whereas in the 7 Day Retreats further existential questions are part of the process, such as What is life? What is love? and others.
Besides the general structure, Awareness Intensives come with silence, vegetarian and sugar free diet, different daily meditations and individual talks.
A detoxing process for body and mind to ultimately meet ourselves.
Whatever brings you to the sessions, they offer a safe and supportive space to reconnect with yourself through awareness, presence, and compassionate self-inquiry.
Together, we explore how past experiences and trauma shape your current patterns, emotions, and relationships—both with yourself and others.
The focus is on increasing self-awareness, releasing old survival strategies, and reconnecting with your natural capacity for healing and growth. This practical and compassionate approach honors your innate ability to heal, grow, and find balance in your life. It is a space for genuine exploration and discovery.
Healing isn’t about fixing something broken; it’s about uncovering the wholeness that has always been within you.
Since this approach delves deeply into identity-related questions, it serves as a complementary offering to the Awareness Intensive Retreats.
