The question “Who am I?” is as old as humanity.
In our busy lives, we rarely stop to face it.
Sometimes, in quiet moments, it emerges—looking into a mirror, feeling the weight of uncertainty.
Who are you, really?
This retreat is not about finding answers from others. Its not even about answers at all...
It is about creating space to meet and directly experiencing yourself.
No teachings.
No belief systems.
Just you, moment by moment, diving into the truth of your being.
Move beyond intellectual understanding into living awareness and directly experiencing yourself.
using a blend of traditional Zen techniques and modern dyad communication practices.
Rest from the noise of life, allowing yourself to go in.
A vegetarian sugarfree diet, free of phones, stimulants or other usual distractions.
... you crave for mental clarity, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
... you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from your purpose.
... you are ready to step away from the daily 'chaos' and take the time to reconnect with your essence.
... you really want to know who you are.
... you are looking for quick fixes or temporary relief.
... you are unwilling to reflect deeply or invest in your personal growth.
... you are not ready to embrace vulnerability and honesty in your journey.
